A day in the life of Chang Ling.

                          This is what could happen on a typical day for Chang Ling. Enjoy!

   3:05 am : Meiran started to cry and since father refused to get up and assist her, and mom can sleep through a hurricane, I was forced to get up and help her.

   3:30 am : I’m WIDE awake now! Thanks a lot dad!! Well, I might as well get started on my training.

   3:41 am : Training is cut short when father came barging into the dojo and demanded that I “get out of his sight”.

   3:42 am : I decided to try and go back to sleep. Now where are those sleeping pills?

   7:00 am : I got a rude awakening thanks to Kin and Gin. I guess they found it funny to shake my bed violently and scream out , “EARTHQUAKE!!!”.

   7:10 am : Stumbled into the door of the bathroom, only to find that Kasuka was in there. Oh well, I’ve still got plenty of time to get ready for school.

   7:20 am : I’m still waiting for the bathroom.

   7:30 am : "Damn it Kasuka! Get out of the God forsaken bathroom!!!”.

   7:31 am : I finally got into the bathroom but not without Kasuka giving me a dirty look, uh, among other things. I swear I’ll break that finger off one of these days!

   7:35 am : THAT LITTLE BRAT USED ALL THE HOT WATER!!!!! It doesn’t really matter to me, but father on the other hand.....he’s gonna have a hissy fit.

   8:07 am : Father started screaming at me about their being no hot water left. When I tried to explain to him that Kasuka was the one who used it all, he threw me, along with my book bag and shoes, out the door. After years of being thrown around by father, I’ve mastered the art of falling without getting hurt. It’s amazing. I’ve actually learned something from father! And I thought he only knew how to rant.

   8:08 am : Started walking to school since I missed the damn bus.

   8:30 am : Arrived at school. *huff**gasp* I think.... I need to be ....hooked up to .....a respirator! That was too long of a walk for my taste.

   8:35 am : While I was putting my books in my locker, I heard Duet scream. *shiver* THAT didn’t make my hair stand on end! When I looked around the corner of the hall, she was backed up against the wall as a pile of dirt and worms tumbled out of her locker. This looks like Haruka Yuy and Shingo Winner’s work.

   8:36 am :  Tried to get Duet to stop screaming. My teeth are starting to hurt from grinding them together.

   8:37 am : Started to pick up the worms while Duet kept screeching about how she was going to kill Haruka. I suggested something different. Haruka’s had this coming to him for quite a while now.

   8:40 am :  Finished picking up the worms and loaned some duck tape, which I just so happened to have on hand ^.-, to Duet. Heh, heh. This should be good. ^.^

   9:00 am : Returned the worms to the science lab which just so happens to be my first class of the day. Of course the teacher had to start on my case about being late. What is it with people and blaming me for things today?!

   9:03 am : Since I got to class late, I got stuck with Shingo as a lab partner. Shoot me! Shoot me now !!!!!!

   9:26 am : Shingo and I were mixing chemicals as an experiment. These particular chemicals have been known to explode. I wonder where he got all those cuts from? Probably Ariel.

   9:30 am : *cough**cough* That idiot Shingo mixed two chemicals improperly and they blew up!!! Great, now I look like I just crawled through a chimney.

   9:43 am : I finally cleaned off the soot from the explosion. This isn’t my day!

   9:59 am : While walking down the hall, I caught sight of a rather large crowd.

   10:06 am : I decided to investigate what all the commotion was about. When I finally  pushed through the crowd, I saw the most hilarious thing! Haruka had been duck taped to the wall. He was about five feet off of the ground, kicking and screaming. I’ve never even heard some of these profanities before! WAY TO GO DUET!!!

   10:46 am : Gym class is well underway. The teacher decided that our class should take a few weeks to learn some basic acrobatic skills. Yeah right! Let’s all watch Ling fall on his face!!! Well, at least Ariel’s in this class too.

   11:15 am : Ariel makes this stuff look easy. I guess it’s because she’s lived in the circus for the better part of her life.

   11:20 am : Oh no! Now it’s my turn!!! If my father saw me now, he’d be calling me a Fruit Loop.

   11:31 am : Made contact with the gym mat after falling off the balancing beam. If father saw me NOW, he’d be calling me a weakling, but then again, what else is new?

   12:20 pm : Lunch. As much as I’d LOVE to eat the cafeteria food and wind up getting sick, I decided to stay in the gym and train since I didn’t get a chance to this morning.

   12:36 pm : Haruka decided he would enlighten me to some of the “finer things in life”. I’m not even going to ask.

   12:56 pm : Damn it!!! Why me?! Why did Haruka find it imperative to take me into the girls locker room?!?! Sure, he got his kicks, but I’ll probably be hospitalized for massive blood lose from the nose!!!*sigh* It wasn’t all bad though.

   1:31 pm : Law class. Probably my most boring class of the day. If I could, I would have all gym classes. Ah, but ‘tis only a dream.

   1:36 pm : Test results are being handed out. I think I did alright.

   1:37 pm :  30%!!!!!!! I’m gonna be grounded for weeks!!!!!!

   2:30 pm : School is finally over for me since I have spare last. So that means I have to start walking home. It didn’t matter that I missed the bus this morning anyway because, I just remembered that I forgot my bus pass at home today. Oh boy! Get the respirator ready!!!

   3:30 pm : Made it home, at last! I feel like I could sleep through the next ice age!

   3:35 pm : Nobody’s home. Great! That means I could fall asleep on the couch.

   3:47 pm : While nearly asleep, I remembered I was supposed to pick Meiran up at kindergarten today.

   4:50 pm : While half way to her elementary school, I caught sight of her walking alongside Yowamushi. He doesn’t look very happy either. Oops.
