NGW Omake: The hospital trip
of hell, Duet’s Birth.

A/N: OOCness, and much craziness instore for the G-Boys… This happened on January 1, AC 201.
At the Sanq kingdom hospital, we find Duo Maxwell, pacing around in a waiting room. The rest of the G-boys were there, mostly cause Hilde asked Relena to come along, and Relena dragged Heero along, and… well, you get the idea.
Duo: * pacing around back and forth * come on, I want to see my baby boy!
Wufei: Sit down weakling. You don’t see me pacing around, do you?
Duo: Just wait until your ‘weak onna’ has her kid.
Wufei: * jumps on Duo and starts beating the crap out of him * No one calls her a weak onna but me!
Quatre: Wufei, you shouldn’t beat up Duo. Hilde is having his kid and he needs all the strength he can get.
Wufei: Shut up Winner. If anything, Duo’s weak onna needs strength…
A rather large, and painful sounding scream can be heard all down the halls of the hospital.
Duo: Hilde is in trouble! * starts to leave, but is hit in the face by the door *
Nurse: Duo Maxwell?
Heero: * in his monotone voice * He is behind the door.
Nurse: Sorry about that Mr. Maxwell.
Duo: Its ok…
Nurse: Anyway, congratulations! You have a fine, healthy daughter!
Duo: A girl?!?! * faints*
Wufei: Weakling…
Several hours later, Duo wakes up, finding himself on the couch of the hospital waiting room.
Duo: What happened…
Trowa: Hilde had a baby girl and you fainted…
Duo: A girl!! This cant be…
Wufei: Yes, weakling. Your weak onna had a weak onnako.
Duo: * proceeds to beat the crap out of Wufei * Don’t call my daughter a weak girl, got that?
Wufei: No… * continues to get beaten up *
Quatre: We shouldn’t be fighting!
Duo and Wufei: Shut up! * there fight continues *
Relena: Duo, go see Hilde. It would be more constructive then beating up Wufei.
Duo: Fine. * go off to find where they put Hilde *
Heero: We should follow him. He would get lost…
Wufei: Let him get lost. It would be his own fault.
Trowa: I’ll follow him, just incase he does get lost.
30 minutes later, Duo finally made it to Hilde’s hospital room (Yea, he did get lost and Trowa didn’t depart right after Duo left ^^;). He was still somewhat shocked with Hilde having a girl and not a boy.
Duo: Well, calling her Duo Jr. is out of the question…
Hilde: Even if she a boy, I would not name her Duo Jr.
Trowa: I have a suggestion…
Duo * ignoring Trowa at the moment * What should we name her then?
Hilde: How about…
For the next 3 hours, Hilde and Duo ‘discuss’ the baby girl’s name, ignoring poor Trowa. Finnaly, Trowa couldn’t take it and walked over to Duo, and said rather loudly…
Trowa: I HAVE A SUGGESTION!!!!!!!!!!
Duo: * falls over, not expecting Trowa to yell * Ow…
Hilde: * holding her daughter in her hands now * Ok Trowa, what would you name her?
Trowa: Ariel…
Duo: * gets up * I am not letting Trowa name our child…
Hilde: But I like that name…
Another hour of arguing goes about, and finnaly, Duo cant take it anymore…
Duo: * sits down in a chair * Lets just pick a stupid name out already…
Hilde: I do not want my child to have some really stupid name you thought up of in 30 seconds…
Duo: * not listening to Hilde, but listening to the radio that was in the room *
Hilde: Duo, did you just hear a word I just said?!?
Duo: Hun? Oh, why don’t we use Duet?
Hilde: * thinks about it for a moment * That sounds pretty… how long did you take to come up with that name??
Duo: Uh, 31 seconds?
Hilde and Trowa just sweatdrop.
Heero: * walks in* Are you finished up in here or are you going to take until tomorrow?
Duo: We are done. I’m going to stay here though.
Trowa: I must be leaving. Jade needs me at home.
Heero: Yeah, Relena should be in bed as well… * they both leave*
Duo: Uh, Hilde? Can we have a boy next?
Hilde: * pissed about Duo’s last comment * There is no way in hell that I will have another kid… that was too painful…
Duo: Didn’t they give you pain killers or something…
Hilde: I refused them. I wanted the birth to be natural…
