From what most can gather, Seiya is just a freaking revenge freak that wants to kill Shingo just for the jollies of it. Of course there is in fact more to it than just kicking Shingo's ass. Seiya's "story" starts off when he and Shingo are off in the woods by themselves. Why anyone would let three year olds go even a foot away from them is beyond me but it's for plot purposes so it doesn't matter. If anything it was most likely Seiya's own idea to go further into the woods. Anyway, Seiya and Shingo seem to start up and argument over kids that have ended up dead because of Seiya. Eventually Shingo get fed up with this and "accidentally" pushes Seiya off of the cliff they were on. Seiya claims he had ended up in a very run down orphanage soon afterward and spends the next few years of his life there.

Seiya at this point has been a busy little kid and has been working on the funky powers he has in order to better protect himself. Turns out at the same time a Mr. Silva is giving a big donation to the orphanage "out of the kindness of his heart". Being through a few good years of "charity" Seiya decides to, in his story, kick Mr. Silva in the leg. In all actuality... He threw a rock at him. Why the hell would someone adopt a brat that just assaulted him? He caught on to the fact that, even though the spiky hair didn't look it, Seiya resembled Quatre who was currently a rival of his. He planed on using this fact one day against his rival as a ransom or something similar so decided to adopt Seiya. If you haven't figured it out by now, Seiya is smarter than one would think so he caught on to this pretty quick and turned the tables on the older man giving him the chance to reconsider what he planed for him or just die. Seiya wasn't too interested in going back to the orphanage so pretty much destroyed it after he left. Perhaps this was a bad choice on his part.

No longer a potential puppet, Seiya was instead 'given' to Julia as a present since she didn't have any siblings. Seiya's job was simply to make her happy but it seems she just wanted to make his life a living hell. Julia wasn't interested in having a brother but a sister so got Seiya to play 'dress up' with her as much as he despised the thought of cross-dressing. It also seems she didn't like Seiya's hair color thus gave him his trademark red hair color from a bottle of dye she found. She also denied having anything to do with him in school and would occasionally have her friends help out in abusing Seiya as much as humanly possible until he attempted to get back at her. One would expect a man to go insane from such treatment, maybe Seiya did go insane without knowing it, but instead of just committing suicide or killing Julia some how it just turned out he fell for the girl he hated. Seiya eventually confessed this fact to Julia and of course they hit it off without anyone really knowing. Sadly after Julia had informed Seiya of her pregnancy she also explained to him about her current position in NOZ and told him she would quit that day, the same day the NOZ base was attacked, only if he killed her father. As it turns out she was a pilot for one of the mobile suits that was destroyed by Sandstorm.

Our long haired red head was unsure as to what had happened to Julia for awhile and was certain she would contact him when she could until someone else contacted him. Kage was interested in striking a deal with the now sole heir of the Silva family thus bringing Seiya to meet Kage, Yuki and of course Zero. I'm pretty sure eveyone can figure out the rest of this so hah! ^_^
